Default qmake installs binaries in directory:
/opt/$${TARGET}/bin
but I do the usual GNU thing of putting binaries in:
/usr/local/bin
It wasn't hard to redirect the qmake .pro file to point to that directory:
target.path = /usr/local/bin
but now make -n uninstall results in:
rm -f /usr/local/bin/$TARGET
rmdir /usr/local/bin/
the second line of which I most emphatically do not want. How do I make that rmdir go away? (Yes, rmdir should have no effect if the directory isn't empty, but it's scary just having it there.)
The generated Makefile contains a line:
DEL_DIR = rmdir
but trying to override that in the .pro file with
DEL_DIR = echo
had no effect.
