My site uses third-party mobile proxies and stops working every few days. The ip address of the mobile proxy is pinged but the telnet command
telnet proxy_ip proxy_port
returns
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Cannot assign requested address.
At the same time, this proxy works from other servers. If the server is rebooted, the proxy also starts working on it.
