python - ALSA installation failed in pip, apt and windows download

Question

I was writing a code for something that would print messages and also say it using google text to speech. But, it said it required ALSA module. I was in Kali Linux WSL, so I did pip install alsa But it showed a fail message

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement alsa (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for alsa

This is actually a similar error that comes up when I try to install tensorflow. Doing pip3 install alsa showed the same error. So I tried using apt - sudo apt install alsa but..

Package alsa is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

Now what do I do? I tried going to the website and using the windows alsa-lib download link. But the link was not working. Let me know what to do to solve this.
