How to create a copy of Eclipse and all its settings into another PC using Docker

Question

I want to configure another PC with the same things that are installed in my PC using Docker. For example, I use Appium and Eclipse to develop scripts. When I want to run the same script into my junior's laptop, I face problmes. Is there a way to resolve this by just using some mechanism where we can clone the same things that are present in my PC into others' using Docker or any other tools?
